I am not nearly
As slimy
As the falsehoods
you tell yourself.
Covered in your
Garbage- a core
Of a battery
stuck to me like a burning appendage.
Locking yourself up
to not see how messed up
you have made
this world.
The glass only a mirror-
you hear
yourself say you use to see
outside your comfort zone.
